If it’s a PostScript printer then no problem. Create a config.xxx file for dvips that specifies a suitable mode and corresponding X and Y resolutions, then add the option “-Pxxx” when you print. If you don’t have a PostScript printer then use dvips to create a .ps file, convert it to a .pdf file (using Ghostscript or Distiller), then print the .pdf file using Acrobat.
