Does PGBase offer population / gender information on any compound which is listed as having a PGx effect?
Whenever population data is available for a PGx effect, in any of the sources that we monitor, then we will include it. We have found that this information may not be available for all PGx effects or for all drugs, diseases or genes. PGBase will be continually updated by a dedicated team. We will add any such information when it becomes available – and advise you to add the relevant Profiles to your watch list, so that we can alert you when changes are made.
