Grants for media projects are directed at nonprofit organizations. PHC values the important contributions that individual filmmakers make. However, given our finite funds, PHC feels that nonprofit groups based in Pennsylvania are best able to advance our mission. Therefore, media projects that are the endeavor of individual filmmakers are not eligible for funding. PHC encourages individual filmmakers to consider PHC’s Arts Commentary awards for nonfiction/interpretive work about the contemporary arts.
