Does pizza hut delivery include the tip?

No, most places charge a delivery fee between $1 to $3. Please don't consider this a tip. Delivery fees are kept by the restaurant. I am a pizza deliver driver and I hate delivery fees more than anyone because they kill my tips. People assume the driver keeps the fee.
