PowerCONVERTER requires the Macromedia Flash viewer (which is free) to preview and play back your flash converted presentations. However, PowerCONVERTER does not require Macromedia’s authoring software. Most computers already have the Flash viewer present on their system. However, if it is not available on your computer, the first time you attempt to playback your flash-based presentation, your system will detect that it needs the Flash viewer and automatically download the free Flash viewer in under one minute on a dial-up connection so you can install it.
