Boy, this one brought out the spammers didn’t it? At least one of those links re-directed to yet more acai-berry spam, one no longer works and another redirects to a different URL where every link ends up being a Google Search (not sure what is up with that one!). Though evening primrose oil contains a very healthy essential fatty acid, gamma linolenic acid (GLA), I have seen no proof of it’s effectiveness for weight loss, nor have I seen any trustworthy anecdotal evidence – though there are lots of sites which sell the product claiming that it does.
