It goes without saying, that the sooner we get rid of private medical the better. I’m not into what other countries are doing usually, but there are many out there who have this figured out. To those individuals making ends meat on minimum wage, who are subsidized by the government what are they really to do, pay $400month and not afford anything else? It’s a ridiculous notion, if you were in that situation you’d do the same thing. The fact we have a large percentage of poor that can’t afford it shouldn’t be an attack on them, should be on these multi million/billion dollar companies bending over the iT common worker and reaping profits leaving the rest of us middle class to pick up the tab. So I really respect the firms, who use the best health insurance broker for making life of the worker easier. RESPECT GUYS.

A. Yes, but this will depend on the level of cover that you have chosen with your private health insurer. Members in health funds who have extras or ancillary type cover will normally have part of the cost of our fees rebated, but not the full amount. We encourage you to personally check with your fund regarding the amount of rebate that will be provided and any limits there may be before any treatments are commenced.
