Does putting cucumbers on the eyes really reduce bags and puffiness?

Well, cucumbers are extremely soothing and feel wonderful on your eyes (especially when cold). Do not put ice on your eyes! Ice definitly does NOT work – it will make your eyes red! If you want results (and a soothing treatment), I use Earth Therapeutics Recovre-E Cucumber Eye Pads. They’re made with a thin layer of soft material (they look just like cucumbers lol) and smell sooo good! You can buy them at Ulta, and Kohls or online. They make your eyes so soft and yes, reduce bags and puffiness. They also have orange ones too that work really good! They have vitamins so they’re actually really good for your eyes. But any ways, cucumbers do feel really good, and if you do use them, leave them on for at least thirty minutes – it works waaay better than ice! I will promise you that. : ) p.s. Tea bags work better than cucumbers. Just use two tea bags after you make tea (they have to be warm and wet) and put them over your eyes for fifteen – thirty minutes. Hope I helped!!!
