Does RA require the insured to have different responsibilities than other products in the event of a loss?
Farmers’ responsibilities are the same as under standard MPCI coverage with one exception. If the insured’s production to count multiplied by the crop fall harvest price is less than the unit revenue guarantee, the insured must give the company notice of an expected loss of revenue not later than 45 days after the date the crop fall harvest price is released.
