Does revelation state which nationality the four horsemen of the apocalypse will be?
I don’t think the four horsemen are four men with nationalities. I think our Lord used the words “horse” and “the one riding it” as a means to tell us about the death and famines and things that would take place in the end times. Our Lord had to use words and visions that we could understand to be able to tell us His revelation through John. John saw horses and men riding them, but the part of the vision that came after seeing the horses (and the men riding them) is what He wants us to understand. To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory for ever and ever. Jesus Christ is Lord.
