Does Securiguard have a work schedule policy?
Well, that’s cool. But what about schedule template? Is it integrated in Securyguard? If so, it’s cool. I did schedule for my employees by my own hands. I think this is more secure. For this I used a free schedule template from Tracktime24 site. It helped me a lot, because before it, I tried to do it on my own and, unfortunately, failed it. Because without experience you can’t do stuff like that on your own. But! If Securiguard have integrated schedule templates, I think I will start to use it. Looks good enough for me. I googled about this stuff and I think this will be the next step.
Yes. The employee will be informed of his/her initial work shift at the time of hire. Full time Securiguard employees are required to be available for a flexible duty schedule. Changes in security requirements and manpower may dictate modifications in duty schedules. All efforts will be made to work with the employee’s personal availability. However, the security of the site takes precedence over all other considerations. The Project Manager has the authority to reschedule work shifts to meet contractual obligations and maintain required coverage at the project site.
