Does semi-permanent brown hair dye stain blonde permanent highlights?
You will have to go back to your hair dressers and have more highlights put in. Once you’ve coloured over the bleached there’s no going back. You’ll have to use your brown as the base and work on top of it. Just make sure you deep condition your hair as the bleach might make your hair brittle. I’ve been blonde, then brunette, then wanted to go back to blonde so many times! but like i said, each time i’ve had to go back to the hair dressers and more high lights put in.
