Does she need a dummy/pacifier?? ?

0

Some babies need something to suck for comfort. Dummy’s can be great for this. Both of my children had a dummy when I realised that they just wanted something to suck on and weren’t actually feeding…. it made all of our lives a lot easier! My eldest we took him dummy away at 8 months – he only ever had it at bedtimes, but nursery were giving it to him all the time and I hate seeing children with dummies in their mouths all the time beyond a certain age. My youngerst will be 1 on Thursday – he still has him dummy and is a lot more dependent on it than my eldest ever was. However I intend to start to wean him off it after his birthday. At the end of the day the decision is up to you. If a dummy keeps your daughter happy it might just keep you both sane and give you chance for a break!
