Does shredding paper reduce the bulk?

0

No, it increases it because now you ave a whole bunch of shredded paper with space in between each piece. This makes the volume of the stacked paper a lot more than just a stack of shredded paper.

it will save paper compared to screwing it all up and putting it in a box… but if the paper is stacked up properly, NO… random Question!

It would increase the bulk because shredding mixes air with paper, thus requiring more space.
