Yes. You should select appropriate Locale and Font options in theTools – Options dialog – Regional tab. Note that depending on the Windows version you may need to enable options in the Control Panel – Regional and Language Options dialog – Languages tab – Supplemental language support prior to selecting locale options in SMS Studio.
