Does Spirulina help with muscle growth?
It’s difficult to say from a scientific point of view if it will really be helpful for muscle growth or not but its definitely a good supplement diet. Spirulina is not only a rich source of proteins but also ot contains several essential fatty acid, vitamins and several minerals. Although there are several reports that it helps in health/healing, it has also been shown to boost immune system, and has been found to be effective against some cancers in animal models.
