SPS, through the ORAP Data Entry application, provides owner/operators with the capability to track compliance with an OEM service bulletin as a part of the event data entry screen. This compliance record in ORAP belongs to the owner/operator and will not be provided to the OEM. ORAP does NOT provide the capability to view a document version of the issued service bulletin.
