Hi Bethany, I can’t say for sure that stress causes it, but stress does make conditions that we have worse. It sounds like you have been under a great deal of pressure and anxiety and stress can lower the immune system. Hope you feel better soon. Take things more slowly and try to stay calm. Easier said than done.
