Consistent with the Company’s strategy to focus its capital resources on growth initiatives, on April 16, 2008 the Board of Directors declared a final cash dividend to be paid on June 16, 2008 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2008. The Board indicated at that time that quarterly dividends would not be declared for the foreseeable future.
