Does swimming or jogging burn more calories?
Well,I would say both are the best ones,they have hundreds of benefits.A little difference,Swimming burns more calories than jogging.I realised this when I used to do jogging for one and a half hour, I lost 4lbs in 2 weeks and when I started swimming just for an hour, I lost 4.5 in a week.So,swimming burns more calories than jogging.
