Does SymVPN support encryption?

Yes, it does. In this case it is MPPE encryption. If PPTP VPN Server is able to work with encryption then SymVPN will work with highest encryption level supported by the Server. The possible options are: – MPPE 128; – MPPE 56; – MPPE 40; – no encryption at all (some really ancient PPTP VPN Servers may use this unsecure option). If PPTP VPN Server is NOT able to work with encryption then SymVPN will work without encryption.
