Yes it does. A New England Journal of Medicine study completed in early 2007 conclusively proved that male breasts can be enlarged as a result of the application of both tea tree oil and lavender. A case study was performed when three preteen boys, ranging in age from 4 to 10, found they experienced breast growth over a period of several months.
