Does TECO Energy pay a dividend and have a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP)?

0

The company currently pays a $0.80 annual dividend. In order to participate in the dividend reinvestment plan, you must have at least one share of common stock in your name. Once you have this share registered in your name, you will automatically be sent out an authorization card so that you can purchase additional shares and/or sign up for the dividend reinvestment plan. You do have to use a broker for the initial purchase. If you do not have a broker, you can find them in the yellow pages under Stock & Bond Brokers. The initial purchase cannot be made directly through the company. (Please refer to the TECO Energy, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment and Common Stock Purchase Plan prospectus.) 9.
