Does that mean anyone who needs skill voucher has to come to GSDM office at Gandhinagar?
No, not necessarily. All the eligible institutes can also accept the request for skill voucher. The sponsor has to just get the list of candidates and approach any of the eligible institute. Institute will upload the request and indicate the amount to be paid. The sponsor has to pay the amount in form of draft or cheque in the name of “Gujarat Skill Development Mission”. After that the skill voucher will be printed and will reach the institute. The sponsor has to collect from the institute and distribute it to the beneficiary.
