Does the AIR MILES Reward Program ship redeemed Rewards to P.O Box and RR addresses?
Unfortunately, the Courier that is used to deliver Merchandise Rewards is unable to deliver to P.O Box and RR Addresses. However, when redeeming for a Merchandise Reward you can provide an alternative street address, such as a neighbour, friend or relative. Please be aware that there must be someone present to sign for the shipment. Other Rewards that are shipped via Canada Post, such as Certificates and Gift Cards, can be delivered to P.O Box and RR addresses.
