Does the artificial sweetener Sweetex ,contain anything that might affect your skin or contribute to anxiety?
Most products that say “sugar free” will contain Aspartame, which I believe is banned in America. This chemical can cause diabetes, but the people who own the Aspartame rights, also own the drugs for the type of diabetes that can occur by ingesting Aspartame ( I am not sure which diabetes can occur from drinking Aspartame). As for the skin condition, & the difference in your character, I would ask your GP, to see if you have an allergy to it! Hope you sort it soon. Good luck.
