Yes. Effective 7/29/2010, all new applicants seeking a license from the AZ Department of Real Estate (ADR) must provide an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of License application. (per ARS 32-2108.01) Go to What’s New and Updates page for more information.
