Does the book of “Enoch” (or “Jubilees”) speak about “Powers”, “Thrones”, “Principalities”, and “Dominions”?

The second Book of Enoch (there are suppose to be others) tells how God bequeathed vast medical knowledge to mankind through Noah and his sons. Now the Book of Giants, the Book of Bees and The Cave of Treasures…interesting.
