Does the Chicco Cortina Stroller in Adventure meet the Canadian Safety Standards?
Chicco doesn’t appear to be sold in Canada, so it doesn’t appear that they’ve performed the safety standards for Canada. Here is their international site: http://www.chicco.com/default.asp?L=2 Probably your best option is to contact them directly; they would be most familiar with the standards their products adhere to. From what I’ve heard over the years, the Canadian standards are between the US and European standards. Their US site specifically discusses their JPMA certification, which is a certification for US vendors. If this is all they do, then most likely their products do not meet the Canadian standards. However, a number of their products are certified for use over seas, which would exceed the Canadian standards. Hope this helps!
