Does the churn take any longer if you wish to change to a different line speed as a part of churning to Internode?
No. Its all done at the same time, in the same one-step changeover. It doesn’t cause any extra downtime. We also don’t charge you any extra if your chosen new line speed is different to the one you have with your current provider. Please note however, that you can only churn to an Internode ADSL Standard, Plus or TwoPlus service. You cannot churn directly to an Extreme ADSL2+ service (though often a churn plus a single service migration is required – see the Transfer page under Extreme for more information. Similarly you cannot churn to NakedUltra ADSL2+ or NakedExtreme ADSL2+ – once again the Transfer pages under NakedUltra and NakedExtreme details the options available for these products.
