CIGNA Life Insurance Company pays 100% of reasonable and customary after a member exceeds the $5000.00 out-of-pocket amount. Otherwise, the plan pays 70% of reasonable and customary expenses. Your 30% co-payment is the out-of-pocket expense. Please note that it does not include the deductible.
