Does the City of Cleveland offer small business owners lines of credit?
The Department of Economic Development has designed the Working Capital Loan Program to help companies whose lines of credit have been lost or not extended through banks. This funding is designed to bridge gaps in operating budgets and to help with the purchase of raw materials and equipment needed for pending orders.
