Does the City of Lewisville have assistance for First-Time Homebuyers?
A. Using funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the City of Lewisville has created the First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program (FHAP). The City of Lewisville offers downpayment, closing assistance, and principal reduction assistance to homebuyers who have not owned a home within the last three years.
