Does the company that makes Fancy Feast & Friskies (Purina) use animal testing?

Purina is on Uncaged.co.uk ‘s boycott list for animal testing. PETA also lists Purina as a brand that uses animal testing. While uncaged may be a UK website, the same brands are available here. They use undercover investigators to determine which brands to boycott and so, there you go. However, I personally have not seen the animal testing and I cannot promise that Uncaged is 100% correct. Although, I cannot say that they are not 100% correct as well. So do with the information what you wish. If you are aiming to go Cruel-Free, I suggest you make you own cat/pet food. It is also easier to cater to your cat this way–and you know that its eating Cruel-Free. There are simple recipies online to do this.
