Where possible, the cremation will follow immediately after the service. The Code of Cremation Practice, which is adhered to by the members of the Federation of British Cremation Authorities, requires that the cremation shall take place on the same day as the cremation service.

Where possible the cremation will follow immediately after the service. The Code of Cremation Practice which is adhered to as members of the Federation of British Cremation Authorities requires that the cremation must take place up no later than 72 hours after the coffin has been recieved at the crematorium.
