Does the cursor snap to nodes nearby?
The assessment of the location and distance placement of graphic items may be allowed with respect to the grid and snap value set in the Standard toolbar. i.e. the cursor would snap to the nearest nodes according to the grid and snap value. Preset grid values from the drop down list box are selected, alternatively any value between .0001 to 1.000 may be entered in the Grid combo box. Select any grid from the available three grids for display.
