Yes. This is Desk/Flex’s main mission. Desk/Flex lets people reserve Hoteling desks for today or any date, or range of dates. When a mobile worker checks in or a Reservation goes into effect, Desk/Flex works with your company’s telephone system to place the mobile worker’s extension on the Hoteling desk he or she selected.
