Does the employee need to find out what payment method will work before requesting a class in DOI Learn system, or can we just assume that we can use our credit card?
It’s not the employee who will actually need to know account information. The supervisor or alternate approver will need to know this information in order to approve any training with an associated cost. Credit card account numbers can also be used.
