A. Yes. In addition to or in lieu of a reprimand or denial, limitation, suspension or revocation of a license, certificate or permit under sub. (2), the examining board may assess against the applicant for or the holder of the license, certificate or permit a forfeiture of not more than $5,000 for each violation of Wis. Stat. ยง 453.068.
