Payment is required at the time of each visit. VISA, MasterCard, or debit cards are options. You will then receive an insurance invoice, including ICD-9 and CPT codes, that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Check with your carrier first for your policy coverage details regarding a “non-participating provider.” Marty and Tara are considered non-participating because they have chosen not to enter into contracts directly with insurance companies.
