The patent-pending Airflow Transfer System has been implemented in order to channel your own body’s heat away from you, while allowing cooler air to flow through the the top layer for a cooling effect. Other mattresses may claim to have ventilation on the surface, but with no airflow channels underneath, there can be no open circulation effect.
