Does the lemon law only apply to new cars?

All 50 states in the U.S. have "lemon laws" for new cars, however, only a few have similar laws for used cars. Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico and New York have used-car lemon laws.  more
