Does the Library have typewriters or word processors?
West Orange Library has two computers and Grand Avenue Library has one with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. These may be used for up to 2 hours and there is a $5 fee for use. Time may be booked in advance by calling the Reference Desk at 829-3862. Printing charges are currently 15 cents/page.
The Main Library has one typewriter for public use on the 5th floor in the Typewriter Room. Every computer on the reservation system provides access to Microsoft Office. Computer use is free (see below); printing costs 15ยข a page. The Chinatown Branch has computers that can produce Chinese characters.
