Does the Mobile MaxPure® perform on cloudy days?
A22: Yes. Even on cloudy days there is a significant amount of solar energy collected by the MMP solar array. Additionally, the on-board battery storage provides for night-time water purification and power generation. During periods of cloudy weather the Mobile MaxPure® unit has enough reserve battery capacity designed in to continue to operate 24 hours per day. For reference, a completely charged Mobile MaxPure® unit operated with no solar input at all (inside a dark building) will operate for 24 to 36 hours before needing recharging.
