No, the NIMS certification program is currently conducted by FEMA. The NIMS/ICS Pro Edition was developed as a supplemental training program to correct ICS training deficiencies, improve retention, and provide an educational format for the 80% of the students who are visual learners. Certification through FEMA is easy with either on line registration and testing or by having your students take the quiz and sending it to FEMA.
