A. The OVA II contractors will need to submit proposals to the LSI for the anticipated FCS Systems Engineering contracts when requested. It is also anticipated that they will be required to submit proposals to the LSI for FCS Phase III. These proposals will be handled under separate RFP’s subsequent to this LSI Class II competition.
