Does the parent know that ContactPoint holds personal information about their child plus other information relating to assessment? Where does consent come in at this stage?
A fair processing notice will be issued about the ContactPoint once it is ready to be published. No assessment data will be held on ContactPoint other than the fact that an assessment exists and to who it is allocated. It is a statutory duty to create the ContactPoint, therefore consent is not required.
