There are US bases in the Philippines and the US is basically at war with the Muslims there. I don't think, the Pentagon will tell us the truth, what is going on. Any submarines they may have are useless, I bet. US bases, Clark air base and sangley point naval station, Clark is still ongoing used by the US for "exercises" and "tests'.
