I want to share with you my impressions of doing active sports. In particular hiking. I started to do it not so long ago, but I have already noticed positive changes in my well-being. In fact fresh air in conjunction with physical activity does wonders! But, the only problem is that it requires special equipment. But this problem is solved with the help of this site: https://wildbounds.com/
Here you can buy everything for outdoor activities.

I’m practicing in the gym and Pilates I haven’t done yet. Maybe it’s good for the body, but my coach is totally happy with me, and a major bonus is teaching me how to eat to get the perfect body with fat loss gym

I agree with the previous answer. Pilates works well as any sport if you use it correctly. Equipment can help you train more efficiently and better, but it doesn’t work for you. I bought a simulator home after reading the review best indoor rowing machines and now it helps me strengthen my back muscles. But if I did not work on it, there would be nothing to strengthen))

I’m training at the gym and I haven’t tried Pilates yet. Maybe it’s good for the body, but my coach is completely satisfied with me and a big plus is that they tell me how to eat to get the perfect body.

If you mean can the Pilates Power Gym help you lose fat and get fitter then the answer is yes but only if you use it! It always surprises me how many people think that it’s the purchasing of a piece of exercise equipment that’s going to help them lose weight! Sorry and all that but I’m afraid you are going to have to use it to get any results. The number of reviews on the Pilates Power Gym that I’ve read with people saying “I tried it and it doesn’t work” amazes me. What they mean is I tried it for two weeks and didn’t lose 40lbs so I quit it’s useless! Lets get real we are looking to eat healthily (no dieting) and exercise on the Power Gym for 30 mins three times a week. Most people can manage that especially as they can do it in the comfort of there own home. I would expect they’ll lose about 1 maybe 2 lbs a week at most. That is a healthy weight loss that can be sustained over time. So it’s not the Pilates Power Gym that fails it’s you that fails the Pilates Power Gym!
