Does the pilot must have an international certificate that proves his/her skills on controlling RC aircrafts?
Due to international problems about insurance, it is not mandatory to have a certificated pilot. We will have standard responsibility insurance for the flight competition (that covers damages to spectators or facilities). Since the aircraft is yours, it is your responsibility to have a skilled pilot.
